Responsible person for Invoicing, Revenue acquisition and collection.
Responsible for employees Salary, Vacation and Appraisal process.
Responsible for client grievance solutions and retention.
Responsible for employee relations and complains handling.
Closely working with Accounts and Legal departments in recovering NPA accounts and settlements.
Achieving Revenue Targets on Monthly and Annual Basis.
Actively Monitoring Employee Mobilization and demobilizations based on new contract executions and maturity of existing contracts.
Recommending retention of existing client’s based on their payment history.
