The largest Porsche centre in the middle east with an average throughput of 70 vehicles per day. I am responsible for the entire operation of service reception and reporting to service manager. I have joined with Porsche as a service advisor and later promoted as a team leader based on my performance.
►Complaint management, C@P key user, CRM with Porsche middle east office and monitoring CSI.
►Motivate and guide service advisors.
►Budget preparation and capacity planning.
►Manage and plan appointments as per available workshop capacity.
►Manage Porsche mobility program (loaner vehicles).
►Organize marketing events.
►Manage and promote Porsche warranty extension program.
►Monitor and ensure Porsche service process.
►Monitor up selling of PDDS and tequipments
Interpreting with customers and understanding the technical defects. Analysis of technical defects in detail with various methods of checking. Convey the detailed defect to Customer service with the list of defected parts and required list of spare parts. Planning the time required to complete the maintenance works as per the available tools and craft. Completing the planned works as per schedule with high quality. Acquainted with the knowledge of current market rates of spare parts and updating the same with market fluctuations
Supervision of technicians, diagnosis and troubleshooting, preparation of reports, Testing and calibration, ordering necessary spare parts, Reconditioning and rebuilding of damaged and worn components, maintaining a neat & professional work environment
Workshop capacity planning, loading workshop to available work hours, maintain status of vehicles in workshop, estimate and costing the job cards, maintain & update technicians about service bulletins, service recalls, provide technical support to the technicians as required and facilitate them to carry out the service.
