Support Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) to provide excellent
service to high net-worth clients so as to achieve client retention.
* Preparation of detailed client credit appraisal form which includes -
analyzing the financial strength of the clients mainly from the Balance
sheet, Profit & Loss and Cashflows. Also, analysis of the company,
management, competitors and market.
* Reviewing & identifying security for the credit facility which will be the
primary, secondary and or/ tertiary source of repayment for the credit
facilities.
* Review | Discuss | Follow-up on excesses, Past dues and other
indiscretions for regularization.
* Identify | Discuss | escalate early warning signals in the portfolio.
* Understanding the requirement of the client and streamlining the
operations of their entire working capital requirement with different
departments within the bank.

AML & Compliance.
* Liaise with Documentation team /Legal department with any amendment
requests on Clauses of facility documents and security documents and
obtained management approval on changing the same.
* Attended to all the operational aspects such as transfers, remittances,
cheque book requests, bank statements, waiver of charges, rectification of
charges, account opening/closures etc:
* Open New Corporate Accounts even with complicated documentation
after meeting stringent KYC and Compliance requirement.
* Follow up with RMs’ in completing the monthly excess report and
followed up with clients/obtained special approval from Credit in
regularizing the same.
