• Played a pivotal role in aiding the conceptualization of key brand positioning exercises and establishing a strong customer support infrastructure for the company.

• Produced a marketing presentation for Intertech, a software firm and presented the same to the Marketing Intelligence Manager. The project detailed on developing a Customer Reference Forum on the website, thus allowing clients to access the relevant information on the basis of thier inquiry.
