- Engage with the sales team for any technical support needs to finalize the deal.
- Hand-on experience in Cisco switches, Access Points.
- Hands-on experience in Fortinet Firewall.
- preparing for the technical and commercial offer for the tender.
- Handle the daily hardware and software issues for the employees in desktop,
Laptops and mobile phones.
- Escalate the issue for the upper team using the tickets system if the problem out of
our scope.
- handle the daily network issues with Data center, Routers, Switches, APs and servers
