Roles & Responsibilities:
•Leading a team of Four IT engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
•Assigning tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise.
•Conducting regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.
•Planning and organizing IT projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
•Creating project timelines, allocating resources, and establishing project milestones.
•Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
•Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
•Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
•Demonstrating a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
•Providing technical guidance and support to the team members, assisting them in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
•Overseeing the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as software developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders.
•Acting as a liaison between the team and upper management, relaying information and ensuring clear communication.
•Presenting project updates, technical information, and recommendations to stakeholders or senior management.
•Documenting technical processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides
•Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team's tasks and responsibilities.
•Conducting performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
•Planning and implementing infrastructure upgrades, migrations, or expansions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Managing the Server and Network Administration
•Monitoring, Troubleshooting the Routers and Switches in the Network & telecommunication systems.
•Perform the Installation and Configuration of new Routers, Switches & Firewalls
•Implementation and configuration of Domain Controller and Database Configuration.
•Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 R2 server installation administration and domain structures
•Cyberoam / Sophos Firewall installation and configuration
•Backup and recovery of data
•Assembling and upgradation of all kinds of computers, phones, CCTV's, access points, IP Camera's, Wireless Controllers & other technologies
•Handling more than 300 customers across the construction sites
•Protocols TCP/IP, and other LAN/WAN, protocols
•Maintaining IT asset register and provide quarterly reports to IT Head
•Configuration and backup of emails in outlook express
•VPN connectivity in between sites & central office maintaining access from both locations.
•Configuration and maintenance of PBX telephonic system
•Manage relationships and coordinate with third-party suppliers as and when required.
•Configuration and maintenance of all kind of printers including print server(Safecom) Technologies: Active Directory, ADDS, DNS, DHCP, File servers, Terminal Services, Remote Desktop, VPN, Print Server, Acronis backup and recovery 11.5, Symantec backup exec, Firewall & Antivirus.
