•Responsible to plan and manage the receivable aging report and communicate the same to collection team to ease the cash flow management.
•Engage in Timely preparation of payroll sheets of 100 employees for verification and processing same through Wages Protection System.
•Recording the supplier bills into system and keep track record of Supplier payments.
•Facilitating and verifying the supplier payments in accordance to the requirement of cash flow and management advices.
•Processing supplier payment through cheque and wire transfer and maintain timely supplies to project sites.
