• Ensures that Investigation and action against any nonconformity carry out in a right manner.
• Develop and implement the compliance activities plan.
• Coordinate and perform the operations of internal Audit.
• Coordinate and support the operations of External Audit.
• Monitoring of Quality & HSE objectives/issues establish for each department.
• Verifying Risk assessment performed by each department, ensures that identified controls are taken and ensures that assessment updated as per planned interval.
• To coordinate ERT in all emergency response related issues.
• To conduct safety patrol.
• To verify and follow up on actions taken on CPARs and incident reports.
• Maintained Document Control System.
• Review and update Quality Manuals, SOP, Objectives, System procedures.
• Perform Management Review Meeting at specified interval to ensure effectiveness of the integrated management system and assessing opportunities for improvement and need of changes.
