• Establish and maintained the Quality Assurance and Quality Control System.
• Manage QC department activities include resource allocation and manpower handling.
• Monthly reporting to top management.
• Prepare Raw material sample plan, In-process sample plan and final inspection plan
• Prepare and review Quality Policy.
• Prepare Quality Objectives.
• Prepare Quality Manual, SOP, Check Sheets, QC Process Flow Chart.
• Prepare and review Quality action plan to prevent the customer claims.
• Perform Monthly Quality Meeting.
• Perform Quality Patrol.
• Conduct training and Awareness sessions of Quality.
• Data analysis using Control Chart and Line graph, Bar graph and pie charts.
• Route Cause Analysis using Pareto Diagrams, Cause and Effect Diagram, Why-Why Analysis techniques.
• Process Control using Check Sheets and Histogram
• Prepare and maintained Quality Cost Management System. (Include Prevention Cost, Appraisal Cost, Internal failure cost and External claim cost)
• Corrective and Preventive Action System.

• CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) certificate system develop and issuance of certificate.
• Represent YKK Pakistan on YKK Global QC meeting.
• Use 5’S methodology and ensure its implementation.
• Preform Kaizen activities and ensure its implementation.
• Development and implementation of ISO 9001:2008 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001: 2007
• To continually identify and diagnose where compliance activity is required across the factory.
• To provide specific investigation reporting and general compliance reporting to MR.
• Ensures that Investigation and action against any nonconformity carry out in a right manner.
• Develop and implement the compliance activities plan.
• Coordinate and perform the operations of internal Audit.
• Coordinate and support the operations of External Audit.
• Monitoring of Quality & HSE objectives/issues establish for each department.
• Verifying Risk assessment performed by each department, ensures that identified controls are taken and ensures that assessment updated as per planned interval.
• To coordinate ERT in all emergency response related issues.
• To conduct safety patrol.
• To verify and follow up on actions taken on CPARs and incident reports.
• Maintained Document Control System.
• Review and update Quality Manuals, SOP, Objectives, System procedures.
• Perform Management Review Meeting at specified interval to ensure effectiveness of the integrated management system and assessing opportunities for improvement and need of changes.
• Implementation of the decisions taken by management in the management reviews.
• Review and update legal and other requirements.
• Conduct trainings of staff on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 Management System.
• Conduct Compliance Committee Meeting.
