For our Branches: Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, UAE, KSA, Comoros, & Jordan
Design, Develop & implement strategic plans (short & long term) for all our 23 operations to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing & future business requirements and applications. Manage the purchasing of all network software, hardware, services and other lT supplies at the group level.
Oversee and coordinate large-scale moves and changes including offices with 350 personnel.
• Provide direction & guidance to all branches' IT Managers/Administrators and ensure applying the group procedures, & implementing infrastructure policies.
• Handle large-scale migration projects for all our 23 branches by moving from old infrastructure technology and PBXs to advanced Cisco unified communication technology.
Direct all the IT deployment with full oversight for design, development, and production.
Project 1: Comoros-Anjuan: New BFC Bank branch Implementation (Nov 2010-Feb 2011)
o Define the technical requirements (passive and active network equipments, hardware, services and resources) and document plans for project lifecycle deployment including scheduling project deliverables, budgets and timelines.
o Resolve complex problems, by identifying issues and determining proper solutions.
o Document project steps& Lesson Learned, and get a positive feedback from the Branch IT
Project 2: KSA- 9 branches: Renovation of old Infrastructure (March 2011 - Dec 2011)
o Develop and manage sales strategies for servers and voice products for the 9 running operations over the kingdom.
o Coordinate design, vendor negotiation, implementation and upgrade activities for the Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, NEC telecom systems
o Conduct risk analysis and provide communication to 15 local and remote management and technical personnel
o Archive documents, lessons learned, and getting acceptance test signed from all operations
Remaining 5 projects: Qatar(1b)- Oman(1b)- Bahrain(1b)- Kuwait(3b)- Egypt(4b)- 10 branches:
Migrating to Cisco Unified Communication Infrastructure (Feb 2012- Feb 2013)
o Coordinate with local IT team in each branch the implementation plan (checklist of tasks to be done, tools and resources needed, schedule of work coordinated with resources, device running configuration, IP existing plan and future plan, telephony existing ext and future ext)
o Facilitate/host kick-off meetings, project review meetings
o Plan and deploy change management initiatives for technical implementation
o Training end-users on new systems, and getting signed acceptance tests.
Final Project: Connecting all 23 branches via VPN (Feb 2013-July 2013)
o Support the security engineer with work requests and tasks
o Arrange with local IT teams the VPN implementation plan (checklist of tasks, schedule of work coordinated with resources, running IPs and current extensions connectivity)
o Oversee Project close out including signoff

- Plan physical network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, & Wireless (Wi-Fi) networks
- Documenting tasks and procedures for configuration setups and administration tasks
- Prepare RFP, SOW, and other documentation for infrastructure projects
- Provide support to branches IT Managers/Administrators and approve work, exchange information, find solutions to problems, and collaborate on projects.

Supervisor for a Local project: Waseet Call center Merging & Upgrade
Unifying 2 remote call centers in one main big call center, and increasing agents productivity & profit.
-Telephony configuration: CoR dialpeers, users, phones, IVR, …
-Voice Gateways configuration: translation rules, voip/pots dialpeers, voice ports
-Call Center design, implementation, support, ongoing management, and troubleshooting.
-Security Implementation: ASA, ISR, Core/Edge Switch, VPN (P2P/client), ACL & NAT

Restoring and repairing personally the company IP Telephony system in Beirut branch during a weekend sudden crash.
• Assist Senior Systems Engineers in: Design, BoQs, Products technical-details/descriptions, and Complete Proposals
• Designing and implementing Cisoc Technology demo for certain events (ex: “Made in USA” & “Termium”) including: Unified Communications solution, Wireless, Video Surveillance set up, Media Center Extender, routing and switching, etc...)
