•Process Improvements: Was appointed to implement new management systems, to increase production, increase deliveries and improve service levels to customers Efficiency & Improvements:
•Implementing new operational processes and procedures
•Capacity Improvements: Increased the capacity of the plant from 1600 Metric Tons to 2500 metric tons per year by revisiting the capacity planning and acquiring new production lines.
•End-to-End Improvement Achieved. Appointed to lead an end-to-end analysis and ‘reinventing’ and revamping of the Quality Management and environment Health & Safety policies & functions. Worked across all Petrochemical synthetic production operations into world-class, fully compliant and IMS aligned facilities, internal auditing; ISO9001, ISO 14001, OSHS 18001; quality manuals; corrective & preventative actions.

Responsible for the new extrusion expansion in terms of installation, commissioning and starting up the Neumag PP BCF Machinery including all utility equipment.
•Worked across all PP synthetic production operations into world-class, fully compliant and IMS aligned facilities. Standard operating procedures; internal auditing; ISO9001, ISO 14001, OSHS 18001; quality manuals; corrective & preventative actions.
•Managed the full spectrum of the production business - production, quality, , Engineering, safety & health and risk management. Functional areas of management included Extrusion production, quality & consistence; Plant operational budget & cost control; Plant maintenance & operational planning; risk management; team development & performance management; expansion project management; improvement in productivity, output, costs, innovation & processes
•Develop and manage the manufacturing business unit budgets and capital investment plan.
•Develop and implement the manufacturing strategy of the company to ensure that the company meets the business plan and consistently delivers high quality, efficient on-time-in-full service at lowest cost
•Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
