ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. RECRUITMENT:
• Understanding manpower requisition from the Concerned Department;
• Sourcing competent candidates that match the desired proficiencies;
• Understanding the Job Role and accordingly drafting a Job Description and getting the same
approved from respective Department / Unit Head;
• Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews, as the case may be;
• Arranging for technical interview and co-coordinating with the Concerned Personnel;
• Maintaining & Updating Database of the Candidates; and
• Doing a thorough Background Verification of the Shortlisted Candidates.
2. INDUCTION AND ON - BOARDING:
• Subsequent to finalizing candidate(s), giving Offer Letter / Letter of Intent on joining service,
issuing Appointment Letter with brief working agreement;
• Coordinate the Candidate(s) tentative joining dates with the Requisite Department for smooth
functioning;
• Apt filling relevant document of the New Joiner, as per the Standard Operating Procedures;

• Coordinating with IT Department to get the Email address, Access Card and Intercom
Extension for the prospective employee;
• Give an depth insight on the policies, procedures and cultures followed by the Organisation;
• Introducing the Candidate to their respective Team, Supervisor and/or Manager;
• Explaining the channels of communication in the Organisation; and
3. ATTENDANCE & LEAVE RECORDS
• Monitoring the Biometric Records for Punctuality of the Employees;
• Effectively manage the Leaves Schedules of Employees to avoid overlapping of leaves; and
• Issuance of reminder or if need be warning for employees in violation of the Rules of the
Organisation.
4. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
• Arranging for Mock Tests in consultation with the Unit Head for Evaluating Performances of
the Team Members; and
• Questionnaires for the Unit Heads to effectively determine the parameters for appropriately
Evaluating Performances.
5. WORK FORCE MANAGEMENT
• Keeping a track on Employee Turnover Ratio;
• Management of Cross Cultural Behavior of the employees; and
• Planning of Events / Activities regularly for employees subject to Management’s approval.
6. STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
• Proper Management for reviewing leaves of the employees, as permitted by UAE Labor Law;
• Calculation of Salary of the employees to fulfill the requirements for WPS system; and
• Calculation of Full & Final Settlement of reliving Employees after consideration of End of
Service Benefits of the Employees.
7. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Designing Salary and Incremental Packages keeping apt package parity between the
Employees; and
• Rating System Designed to monitor overall Employee Performance over a period of time and
suggesting Management for ideal Increment Package.
