+ Assist the Property Manager with any additional tasks required for property management, including coordination with contractors and suppliers.
+ Receive, validate, and record cheques; process daily remittances and manage bounced-cheque registers.
+ Collect rent, security-deposit, and replacement-cheque payments; maintain and balance the daily cash register
