Key Deliverables:
Assisting the Sales Manager at operational level in the planning and execution of all work related duties.

Study and maintain competitor information for the assigned territories.
Achievement of division net sales budget, the management of the national promotional trade expenditure Co-op budget and the management of the account managers cost budget. The role was the point of contact with the marketing team and was responsible for new product introductions.
Responsible for Marketing IT based Consultants throughout the huge available database of Vendors and developing new IT based Clients and Vendors in the US Market.
Understanding the Client requirement and catering them with the best resources available on Radiant’s W2 ( H-1 candidates).
Consultants includes with wide range of Technologies from ERP’s to Programming languages, Quality Testers and Databases
Communicating with the Consultants frequently for a better understanding of their comfort on the Technologies and updated them on the gradual change in market trends as per the Client requirements.
