•Excellent technical experience with strong background in designing electrical systems, their technical evaluation and troubleshooting.
•Executing and supervising of the BOQ of Electrical & Low Current Services as per drawings, Technical specification & as per CSI Standards.
•Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Budget and Billing to contractor for his work done
•Planning, Quality and scheduling and Coordination with contractor and consultant for smooth progress of project.
•Preparation of Layout drawings for Electrical Room & Site Cable Routing.
•Design basis report and prepare preliminary Cost Plans on Electrical works
•Developing & executing best practices & standard operating procedures targeting at organizational excellence
Familiar with international standards (NEC, IEC, BS CODE, EIA/TIA, ICEA, IEEE, IESNA, NFC/NFPA), codes and practices for designing, engineering and construction electrical systems.
•Designing electrical systems, Critical building facilities and reviewing engineering plans, specifications, project schedules, designs, circuit diagrams, and cost estimates for construction and related electrical and low current systems.
•Preparation of single line diagrams, layout drawings, Power/Control Schemes, load panel schedule & Cable schedules etc. Sizing of transformer and generators, circuit breaker, ring main units, perform Cable sizing & routing, lightning protection, voltage drop calculations and earthing systems.
•Designing LV power distribution electrical works such as panel boards, cable ladders/ tray’s laying of cables LV switch gears, transformers, MCC (Motor Control Center), Equipment grounding, System grounding, UPS system, battery bank installation, control relays, lightning system, lighting, circuit breaker, LV Bus Ducts.
•Design of electrical distribution systems involving transformers, switchgears, street lighting and area lighting for Commercial (Office and Hotel) and Residential buildings.
•Design and preparation of circuitries and layouts for large power, small power and lighting system.
•Design Building Management System to control, monitor and interface with other services such as Electrical, HVAC and low current systems for Fire protection (fire alarm & voice evacuation system), Security (CCTV and Access control) & Communication (telephone, television).
