• AS400 user creation and statement generation on daily basis.
• Support cards management team for processing the file and perform the card batches accordingly.
• Before releasing fund, Check and verify with ops Clearing team whether the clearing summary report for ICCS inward and outward is received . routine check on pending queues in ICCS.
• Perform EOD operations for banking application and check the system listener services are up .
• Check the middleware logs daily and perform switching on eod operations. verify config file after switching to make sure that the applications are pointed properly.
• Pre check the generated report and Share the report accordingly.
• Provide oversight to the network support and monitor the queues in mainframe.
• Support Treasury EOD and the check the bloombeg, rtns, interbank deals are closed before business hours. If exception occurred, keep track with treasury back office and close the deals.
• Conduct system analysis and alert team for performance improvement, availability and reliability
• Check the error logs for various banking application and reinitiate the job if the feed can be ignored.
