Vendor inspection and inspection of in house manufactured machine products.
Preparation of welding, procedures, procedure qualification records and welders performance reports
Ensure QC/QA in fabrication and erection of piping / pipeline works.
Welding, painting Inspection.
Preparation WPS, PQR welder qualification test & maintaining records.
Inspection, Visual and NDT of fabricated parts at different stages.
Evaluation Interpretation NDT tests as per standards established.
Coordination with third party inspectors / customer inspectors.

GC -24 SKEC and KOC in north Kuwait.
Joined this company as a NDT Inspector successfully completed training
and examination and obtained company Level II certification in many methods. worked various projects

Conducted UT, MT, PT, VT, RT on plates and butt welds for various client like Rasana Engineering (Dubai Dry-
Docks FPSO GIMBOA, FRADE, VITORIA, AKER RIG) Gerab national, Thyssen krupp, Alstom power system etc.
