As a Drafting Lead, I am responsible for the day to day activities of the CAD and CAD systems.
• Supervision of all CAD designers and technicians.
• Managing and coordinating all CAD works with inter disciplinary building services and infra structure from concept to Construction.
•Preparation of Concept, 3D Walkthrough, Visualizing & Photoshop Presentation, Preliminary design and Life safety and other stake holder authority drawings.
• Liaising with Project Managers and Engineers on workload and organizing CAD resources.
• Developing, implementing and enforcing CAD standards and specific CAD requirements.
•Mentoring junior CAD users to optimize technical and operational performance.
• Checking quality and consistency of the deliverables
• Coordinating with other disciplines for the quality and consistency of the deliverables.
• QA/QC on technical outputs across all disciplines to meet client requirements and CAD standards.
• Liaising with engineers on specific CAD requirements and troubleshooting day-to-day CAD issues.
• Coordinating with design engineers and BIM Technicians for clash
