Project Description: ZLD PLANT, GRASIM INDUSTRIES, RAJHAMUNDRY
Responsibilities:
(1) Testing and Commissioning of ZLD PLANT.

(3) Reporting periodically to Maintenance Manager; preparing KPI, PM and CM reports.

(4) Testing of all field instruments and electrical motors in auto and manual mode

(5) Testing and commissioning of WTP, ETP and MEE Plant in auto sequence.

(6) Trouble shooting of PID Controller.

(7) Prepared conceptual and detailed engineering involving preparation of schedule and functional logic diagrams.
(8) Developed cost estimates for exploration prospect
(9) Preparing DSR of site for completing the project in time.
(10) Designed integration mechanics for various instrumentation systems and hardware.
(11) Flex controller communication with Siemens plc S71200 for ATLAS COPCO Damper nut runner system.
(12) Preparing FAT report of PLC Panel.
(13) SCADA and HMI screen designing.

Project Description: 130MLD SEWAGE TREATMENT WATER REUSE PLANT PROJECT
Responsibilities:
(1) Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 130MLD SEWAGE TREATMENT WATER REUSE PLANT
(2) Leading a team of 6 instrument technicians
(3) Reporting periodically to Maintenance Manager; preparing KPI, PM and CM reports.
(4) Troubleshooting of redundant Profibus communication between 30 RTUs and the contrl room; comprising of 2 pair hot/standby controllers and pair of dual redundant scada servers.
(5) Planning required upgradation for instruments to achieve production quality and cost minimizing.
(6) Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves, part turn actuated valves and Solenoid operated valve.
(7) Maintenance and calibration of different analyzers: Conductivity, Chlorine, PH, , Turbidity, Silica Analyzer, Sodium Analyzer ( Endress and Hauser ).
(8) Maintenance and calibration of transmitters PT, LT(Ultrasonic type, Hydrostatic type, Radar type), TT, DPT, FT(Ultrasonic type, Electromagnetic type, Clamp on), DPS, PS, LEVEL PROBE (Emerson Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, ABB, .....) .
(9) Maintenance and calibration of transmitters PT, LT(Ultrasonic type, Hydrostatic type, Radar type), TT, DPT, FT(Ultrasonic type, Electromagnetic type, Clamp on), DPS, PS, LEVEL PROBE (Emerson Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, ABB, Wika.....) and Monitran vibration transducers.
(10) Ensure Spares balance and inventory control for all instruments’ spare parts
(11) Erection, Calibration of Fuel Oil Handling System.

Project Description: 3×660MW Thermal Power Plant, MAHAGENCO, Koradi, Nagpur/LANCO INFRATECH LTD.
Responsibilities:
(1) Erection, Testing and Commissioning of ASH HANDLING PLANT, DM, PT PLANT, COAL HANDLING PLAT.
(2) Leading a team of 6 instrument technicians.
(3) Reporting periodically to Maintenance Manager; preparing KPI, PM and CM reports.
(4) Troubleshooting the totally integrated automation TIA from Siemens (Rockwell Rx Logix5000 +
PLC simatic S7 400, 300 + SCADA, HMI WINCC) software and hardware.
(5) Troubleshooting of redundant Profibus communication between 30 RTUs and the contrl room; comprising of 2 pair hot/standby controllers and pair of dual redundant scada servers.

Responsibilities:
(1) Involved in the mixing plants erection works, commissioning and maintenance.
(2) Troubleshooting of PLC system (Siemens simatic S7 300) and faults diagnosis.
(3) Calibrating of weighting systems including load cell 15-ton capacity page 2-4

Project Description: 470×3 MW Steam Turbine Power Plant, BHUSAWAL, MAHARASHTRA.
Responsibilities:
(1) Leading a team of five instrument technicians
(2) Programming PLC (Allen Bradely ) by Ladder Diagram, and hardware troubleshooting
(3) Basic troubleshooting of SCADA and DCS Symphony Harmony (ABB).
(4) Maintenance & calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT, PG, TG (Rosemount, Honeywell......)
(5) Maintenance & calibration of turbine governer control system.
(6) Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves and motorized valves.
(7) Maintenance and calibration of orifice plate flowmeters (Rosemount) & gas turbine flowmeters
Configuring of stack sampler set, and O2 analyzer
(8) Involved in testing and commissioning of DOL, STAR DELTA SATRTER AND LT PANEL
