Provide day to day network infrastructure support for campus area network (CAN) spanning multiple enclaves.

• Configuration and deployment of Fortigate Firewall on all remote branches.
• Monitoring and establishing Site to Site VPN to remote branches and banks.
• Configuration and deployment of Wireless controller, Access Point and standalone AP.
• Configuration of 4G router in various remote branches.
• Troubleshooting, Installation, Maintenance and Upgrading of IOS on routers and switches.
• Strategic planning and managing LAN, WAN networks, Telecommunication links to ensure high availability of services on 24x7x365
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, remotely and other electronic medium.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Troubleshooting & Configuration of Active Directory, DHCP and DNS.
• Troubleshooting of Assembled, Branded Computers, Workstations and Laptops like Dell, IBM, HP, and Toshiba etc.
• Troubleshooting of various network Printers & network Scanners.
• Providing Remote Access Solutions with Dyn-DNS and No-IP.
• Installation and Maintenance of Windows Server 2003, 2008 & 2012.
• Installation, Configuration and Managing of various Automatic Data Backup Solutions.
• Managing and maintaining SonicWALL Firewall NSA 3600 with failover with dual ISP.
• Configurations of Site-to-Site IPSEC VPN.
• Configuration, troubleshooting routing protocols like RIP, RIPv2, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF
• Configuration on Cisco Routers 1841, 2811, 1900
• Configuration on Cisco Switches 3560, 3550. 2900.
• Manage & maintain system licenses, inventory list, IT maintenance, network diagram, IT infrastructure policy & SOP.

• Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows 2003/2008 Servers, Desktops & Laptops with windows
XP/7/8.1, 10 Responsible, Active Directory, Group Policy management, DNS, DHCP, WDS, RDP, FTP, Hyper v,
VMware Configuration.
• Deploying, Troubleshooting and Maintaining Network links, EIGRP, OSPF, Static Routes, VPN, LAN & WAN
Connectivity.
• Implementation, scheduling and monitoring of backup and system recovery tasks.
• Maintenance of all Network Documentation, ensure Updated documents are circulated to the authorized
personnel.
• Manage user IDs existing on Communication Devices, delegate appropriate access rights, maintain accesslist
on Routers and all Communication devices connecting to External Networks.
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software such as Antivirus, backup utilities, various clients
customize software’s.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of network, Servers & workstations.
• IP Phones and Network Printers Troubleshooting
• Microsoft Outlook setup using POP, SMTP and Office 365.
• Install and monitors local area network LAN and WAN.
• Evaluates and recommend purchase of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment and software.
• Investigates user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement
solutions.
