•Manage projects scope BOQ, Property Assessment Survey (PAS), Inspecting Building Essential Services (BES), document luminaire field lighting design, Fit-Outs works, MEP work, Revit HVAC design coordination, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) in residential buildings & Villas projects as well as commercial projects including Airports, Hospitals, Hotels & Restaurants.
•Leading project from bidding to completion including organizing task force of engineers, draftsmen, skilled workers and monitoring the team’s output efficiently so to submit all detailed design packages, shop drawings, Material & Technical submittals in accordance with the project agreed schedule.
•Supervise and coordinate with Building Information Management (BIM), Work Health Safety (WHS) on-site, undertaking site-specific safety inductions, ensuring all site personnel carry out work according to Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
•Analyze the scope of work (SOW), validation of scope of works on site, seeking approval for variation in scope and coordinating Joint Inspections (JI).
•Submission of various weekly reports to the management, review the project progress report, Request for information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP) to subcontractors and suppliers, Request for Change (RFC), procurement, EOT submission and share meeting minutes with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
•Lead technical and commercial departments in the issuance of tender & project documents to clients & subcontractors with coordination of Contract Manager to obtain final approvals.
•Liaison between all subcontractors, vendors, clients and stakeholders to ensure the flow of information regarding project progress being communicated with approvals before mobilizing machinery, materials and manpower.
Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
•Perform Measurement of the quantities (MOQ), Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), project cost estimation & Quantity Surveyor reports.
•Liaison between subcontractors, suppliers and client for variation & claims proposal preparation in conjunction with Project Manager (PM).
•Generate and carry out Tender Cost Estimation, Bidding Documents, Purchase Order (PO) as comparison of the specification, shop drawings & BOQ, analysis of insurance and loss prevention and update Risk Management Information System (RMIS).
•Review the subcontractor’s claims in accordance with the project progress report and submit to management for payment.
• Managed the engineering team to design and establish four (4) warehouses and developed Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the company and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Developed business plans with coordination of Finance department for import, operational KPIs and sales plans with a defined strategy to enhance sales in the region.
• Managed sales team in different regions, organize a job training program for them about products to improve productivity, achieve assigned sales target & meet monthly operational KPIs hence establishing additional retail outlets and clinics.
• Contacted international reputable companies for business partnership by attending conferences, meetings, visiting suppliers internationally to explore new market opportunities and establishing business relationships with an agreement of sole distributorship.
• Managed with an effective strategy to promote products with FMCG customers in wholesale as well as in the retail by launching a marketing campaign for the promotion of the products in the events & exhibitions.

IoT Product Design Trainee Engineer
•Developed digital image motions and analyze sound responses using sensors to create test plans for Product Validation which further features its Digital Transformation, defining IoT protocols for product and automation criteria.
•Led IoT-based projects and their enhancement by engaging in all phases of product designing including new concept, programming architecture, documentation, electrical schematics and drawings.
•Designed the prototype of product including testing and maintenance of communication equipment such as PLCs, CCTV systems, Security systems, Access Control Systems (ACS) and Advanced Control Systems based on Programming Logic Control (PLC) schemes.
