EPC/Turnkey contract of Expansion of Allama Iqbal International Air Port (AIIAP) Lahore which consist of 310, 000 M2 expansion in current aircraft parking apron and taxiways, addition of 15 aircraft hangars at the terminal, Terminal Building Expansion, Multistory Car Parking, Roads, Infrastructures & all other ancillary facilities like Hydrant refueling pipe line, electrical pits, firefighting network etc. The estimated construction cost of the whole project is approx. $450.00 million and target to complete in 3 years
Providing my expertise to various ongoing projects of the JV with prestigious clients like Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority, Lahore Development Authority, Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab, and Punjab Industrial Estate Development & Management Company etc. as a senior Contracts & Planning resource of the organization
Responsibilities:
Contract Management of all the projects such as Building works, infrastructures, keeping in view of cost, quality and time as per project contract and FIDIC
Analysis of Clients’ instructions/change orders with contractual scope of services and preparing Variation Orders as per contract
Preparing price adjustment/escalation claims as per contract
Analysis of Contractor’s CPM work schedule and perform integration management analysis with schedules of other sub-contractors
Analysis of Contractor’s Extension of Time claim requests and other variation order requests
Assisting ‘The Engineer’ in making Engineer’s determination
Coordination with Clients and Contractors to ensure smooth execution of works
Presenting periodic project progress briefings to the key project stakeholders
Project:
UBL Regional Office Building (2B+G+7), having contract cost of PKR 1750 Million approx.
Serena - Lahore Pakistan (4B+L.G+G+10), having contract cost PKR 9200.0 Million approx.
Responsibilities:
To assist Top Management in developing the right contracting strategies suiting the project specific requirements
Liaison with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure the works as per contract
All contractual correspondences with client and sub-contractors
To prepare contracts of sub-contractors and manage contractual matters
Plan all the resources for the execution of construction activities by keeping in view Cost, Time & Quality Control under the HSE procedures
Cost budgeting and estimation of construction activities
To manage the procurement items for the project, long lead items and short lead items
To attend the periodically project meetings with client
Project:
Office Building (2B+G+2) Project at C-Ring Road, Doha Qatar, having contract cost of QAR 64 Million approx.
4 Nos. apartment buildings (2B+G+3) at Old Airport road Doha Qatar, having contract value of QAR 100 Million approx.
Responsibilities:
To prepare CPM based detailed baseline construction schedule and latest forecast plans using Primavera P6
To plan and manage all construction works with respect to resources such as material and equipment to ensure the timely completion
To monitor the construction progress of sub-contractors as per contract and manage the financial issues
Progress reporting, tracking and follow up of Project related issues
To attend periodical meetings with clients reporting project progress and project milestones
Critical project progress analysis using EVM technique by determining project’s key performance indicators i.e. Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI) , Schedule Performance Index (SPI) etc.
To prepare project budget (Rev-0) and periodic revisions and controlling project cost overrun using EVM cost control techniques.
Project:
Oil/Gas Wellhead Surface Facilities and Pipeline Transmission Projects in Green and Brown Fields with MOL Pakistan and Schlumberger Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
To prepare technical proposals as per client's requirements
To prepare commercial proposals using company's standard productivity and costing norms & following best industry practices
To extract BOQ's, Material Packages etc. from available drawings
Estimation of resources required to execute the project i.e. Manpower using company's established Man-hour basis, Tools, Equipment, Plants & Consumables etc.
Estimation of In-Direct manpower, Site Facilities and other Over heads as per Project Requirements

* Central Stores Project (a highly classified project of Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission) - Punjab Pakistan
