Tasks: First front line being mobilized to site, initiated a 15000 activities schedule up to level 6 in Primavera based on previous shutdown data, subcontract management and reporting
Achievements: Being the first time to work in a shutdown I have managed to deal with the challenge by properly communicating to all subcontractors and getting the status for reporting and analysis
