According to my past experience in automobile industry, where I used to involve myself in Marketing and business development activities, I got another platform in Dubai, UAE to prove myself. I took this as a great opportunity for me where I have chance to utilize all my skills and expertise in UAE market place.
Now I am performing following operations in my current company:

*Marketing & Business Development*

- Find new lead and clients, Refine them, Nurture them, making continuous follow-ups with them and leads them towards deal closing.
- Hands on experience in Brand new and used cars exporting and local selling along with the better understanding of brand new/used cars, left/right hand drive cars, specifications, prices, market demand etc.
- Highly skilled and experience in Exploring New Markets
- Experience in doing Social media marketing including Facebook Profile optimization, handle & updating of Facebook page of the company, profile optimization of Google Plus, updating Tweeter, updating Instegram and Pint-rest etc
- Up to date with the current trends in social media marketing and always implement any new trend to our company profile.
- Handle company’s official paid accounts (Dubizzle.com, Alibaba.com, autotraderuae.com, Dubicars.com etc), keeping all those accounts up to date with new and sold vehicles, refreshing ads and adding and deleting of stock.
- Target to find big clients in the Market.
- Making price comparative analysis, competitive analysis, get aware to the management with the market trends of the automobiles, help management in making decision of purchasing the new stock.
- Effectively using of instant chat messaging Apps (WhatsApp, Wechat, Skype, I.M.O etc) to entertain the clients and for promptly response to them, which really help me to stick with the client, get their concerns, solve with them.
- Planning, Developing and implementing strategies.
- Making proforma invoices & quotations and send them to the clients as per their request.
- Generating new accounts as well as Maintain existing account
- Find the ways for new business opportunities
- Expertise in LinkedIn Profile Optimization, handle group that own and company profile.
- Writing and providing unique content to the SEO department that supports our Company profile to rise on Google search results pages.
- Help to run fully target oriented SEM campaign along with the help of unique, intelligent and relevant KEYWORDS for optimization.
- Excellent skills in building and maintaining strong relationship with customers.
- Effectively making follow-ups with current leads as well as old leads.
- Always listen the client’s Problem first then try to solve under the loop of concern management persons.
- Always maintaining service quality standards and no compromise with it.

*Shipping Terms & Process*

- Good knowledge in dealing with the shipping companies and its process.
- Get quotations or freight charges from different shipping companies on client’s requirements, doing price comparative analysis, checking shipping company background and credibility and selection of best quotation along with best shipping company who can able to provide excellent shipping service to our clients.
- Good expertise and knowledge of shipping terms like EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF etc, quoting price to the clients according to their desire shipping terms.
- Good working knowledge of handling LC (Letter of Credit), TT, & Western Union.
- Handle the process from initial shipping process, inspection, loading vehicles, then issuance of BL (Bill of Lading), delivery of vehicles, delivery of BL and clearance of the payment.
