• Working closely with the project directors and the construction managers to prepare comprehensive
action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Performing various
coordinating tasks Maintain budget to consider cost variations due to either market change or project
scope change to revise it and produce a new version of project budget.
• General follow-up and review of monthly client invoices IPC and review sub-contractors IPC as well.
• Working with the productivity group to improve the Manpower productivity and equipment
efficiency resulting in increasing the productivity by 30% Determining the project total actual cost,
percent of completion, Estimate to complete budget and current earned value.
• Revising for approval all project costs and contractors' monthly invoices.
• Involved on the document control system of the project.
