Attending calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.

Knowledge of the design constraints and capabilities of data link and network protocols, including Ethernet, SONET, ATM, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and MPLS.
Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot routed and switched networks.
Analyzing the mobile data applications & use and deployment of new and innovative broadband wireless systems and techniques, including WiFi, WiMAX, UMTS, and LTE to support mobile data applications.
Field coverage testing and verification & troubleshooting radio interference issues.
Knowledge of RF propagation modeling, coverage planning, and how to use current coverage planning software.
Knowledge of antenna systems, including the use of combiners, multi-couplers, filters, and sophisticated distributed antenna systems & solutions.
