● Always following the updated / revised drawing and submitting the variation report to the contracts department.
● Reviewing the shop drawing and Preparing Site As-Built Drawings.
● Ordering the Required material as per Specifications.
● Coordinating with other trades civil, electrical, and finishing to avoid repetitive work.
● Allocating resources as per the schedule to achieve target.
● Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Project manager and highlighting the problems affecting the Progress on site.
● Ordering long lead items in advance to meet the schedule.
● Assisting the contracts department in preparing monthly payment certificate.
● Preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the Project manager.
● Highlighting the problems in drawing by Raising RFI, ECR.
● Preparing summary log reports for materials, RFI, ECR etc.
● Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection ticket.
● Estimation of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system as per standards (NFPA+UAE CODE).
● Conceptual Layout of Fire Fighting Systems (including fire water main, hydrants, monitors, hose reel, deluge water spray systems, foam systems, portable fire extinguishers, etc.)
● Piping and Instrument Diagram of Fire water systems (Fire Pumps, Deluge systems, Foam System)
● Hydraulic Calculation of fire water systems (Fire water network and Deluge water spray systems).
● Technical evaluation of Fire Fighting equipment vendor's proposals.
● Understanding of Client requirements and collection of specific data for projects
● Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers.
● Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.
● Delegating for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
● Assisting in compiling of tenders.
● Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.
● Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management.
● Selection of Electrical Equipment’s such as Circuit Breakers, Cable Sizing.
● Involved in Voltage Drop Calculation, Monitoring the daily, weekly & monthly progress.
● To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings.
● Conforms to all the operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and regulations, giving priority to safety and security.
● Electrical Designing for Light & Power Systems.
● Ensure safe work environments control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for the projects and issue the foreman daily instructions as per the work plan.
● Ensure that all electrical site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method of statement, specification and work plan.
● Preparing Electrical drawings and Specifications.
● Making of as built drawings according to execution of project.
● Sending reports to Project Manager and making work schedules.
● Co-ordinate with electrical subcontractor to get the works on time and quality manner.
● Maintaining excellent quality of work.
● Ensuring safety of labor, machinery and equipment.
● Follow up with AutoCAD Draughtsman.
● Selection of Transformers sizing.
● Preparation of Bill of Quantity of Materials for Supply, Testing & commissioning for Projects, take off.
● Responsible for executing all electrical activities like lighting, power, cable tray, data, telephone, panel layouts, cable laying.
● Maintaining records and archives to company standards.
● To execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and/or instructions of authorized authorities.
