i started in sony since 2017 as a sales merchandiser, my job is responsible to driving sales all time as a team lead promoting product, visit hypermarket manage to display good !discuss with sales team to increase sales, handling customer question and complain, work with market department on how to to pitch the product!managing to the sales team!
• Ensure items are in stock and maintain inventory.
• Ensure promotions are in with company's standards.
• Coach, train, counsel, recruit and discipline employees.
• Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team.
• Preside over staff meetings.
• Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
• Ensure merchandise ready to be displayed clean.
i started work my first job in panasonic as a sales associate, after few year management promoting me as store incharge in panasonic wakra branch,
creating sales working closely with management regarding the product
giving ideas regarding offers to boost sales giving feedback to higher management about the product.
