• Responsible for devoloping plan for prefabrication activities before turnaround

• Updating and monitoring of project schedules and works progress status including identifying slippage/critical paths and floats / areas of concern and suggest action plan for recovery.

• Prepare progress measurement system for FEED and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning) along with weightages.

• Conduct daily meeting with site as part of Lean Construction to check the daily target achivement and problems faced.
• Conduct weekly meeting with construction to discuss three weeks look ahead plan as part of Lean Construction.
• Conduct meetings with construction or client to develop some critical detail schedule such as erection sequence of Crude Heater.
• Sucessfully implemented Lean Construction Management as Lean Leader on site to improve productivity under guidence of our consultant Drees & Sommers (Germany).

• Responsible for the daily construction report preparation.
• Incharge of generating weekly and monthly report to client Petrofac and CCC Main Office Athens (MOA)
• Developed status diagrams, progress templates and KPI in order to moniter the progress accurately.
• Visit the work site periodically once the site activities commence to verify critical activities progress at site
• Responsible for all the detail planning, control & progress monitering activities for steel structure.
• Check and approve Subcontractors invoices for payment as per the Contractual agreement.
• Drafting Contractual letters to the client and Subcontractor responding to their queries or initiating letters for any clarification.
• Prepared contract ammedments if there is any changes in scope.
• Support the Project Control Manager in the preparation of the Project close-out Report.

• Inspection of materials like pipes, fittings and other consumable materials.
• Witnessing pneumatic testing and then commissioning of gas pipelines.
• To check the billing documents as per the MGL tenders and all respective project documents with support of SAP.
