To handle daily Platform Systems projects and tasks
To take the responsibility on delivering Platform Systems implementations following COMPANY’s standard architecture
To ensure service availability and performance targets are achieved

Manage lifecycle of equipment and systems by deploying, securing, migrating, patching, upgrading, troubleshooting, decommissioning and removal of system
Manage, Configure/install and Troubleshoot on Seagate Backup (networker and BareOS)
Manage, configure Seagate puppet, spacewalk/Katello
working with ServiceNow for IT Management
working with Zabbix for system performance and monitoring
As TSS, We are remotely support VMware, Linux and Windows; HP Industry Standard Server product such as Blade Enclosure, DL series etc; HP Business Critical Server product such as rp series, rx series, blade intergity, etc; and HP Storage such as 3par, XP storage, P9500, P6000, MSA, etc incidents to timely resolution and satisfaction for South East Asia (SEA) and Asia Emerging Country (AEC).
In this profile we troubleshoot if any HW error related with HP product (server, storage and SAN), we check logs to found the root cause if any issue on redhat, vmware and windows (some time we need to check the vmcore/crash dump/memory dump). Check remotely if any configuration needed to resolved the issue, such as unable to boot to the OS, multipath and disk issue, and performance issue (such as inode, limitation open file, port/network, security etc). We perform standby on-call basis a week per month to handle all cases from South East Asia and AEC
As TAM, We engage customer to manage their datacenter, monitor their datacenter such as quartely review the incident and remotely checking HP product and perform procative delivery such as firmware analysis etc. perform presentation to delivery report to the customer
Coordinate, Manage, Maintain and solve problem of Billing, SAP, Reva (Revenue Assurance), BCA and BICC infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Database and application services) . In these companies, not only daily activity with that I got but also I have lot of project experience and face problem during in working. I have skilled on Solaris Administration, HP-UX administration and networking, Storage (T3, HDS, Sun Storage, Netapp, AMS, EVA and XP), Veritas (Volume manager, Cluster, Net backup, Command Central Storage) and CISCO
I have graduated Master Technology Information, University of Indonesia. on Master degree,I studied how to manage IT/IS including IT risk management, manage IT implementation and planning Management, ITIL, TOGAF, CMMI and IT investment Management in order to drive IT bussines strategy
