DUTIES:
• Maintain all necessary data & documentation for Department.
• Providing general administrative support to the HR Department and Recruitment.
• Support administration of HR policies; including employee terms & conditions of service, leave records etc.
• Update HR Payroll and HR system and track contract expiry dates for renewal.
• Drafting memos, emails, etc. in response to queries, complaints and requests for assistance.
• Prepare for interview such as: receive and screen resumes, make plan of interview, inform to candidates.
• Prepare all letters viz. appointment, transfer, promotion, termination, discipline and others required to effectively carry out end to end HR operations.
• Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
• Keep accurate records, consolidate reports and take action where necessary.
