1.managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
2.Preparing the sales reports and schedules for the staff.
3.Setting plans for target achievement.
4. building trustful relationship with customers, following up to insure the best service.
5.Contacting new customers, as well as following up and maintaining existing accounts.
