• Execute testing plans

• Apply tools and techniques selected by the QC Lead/Manager for the specific software project
• Develop an extensive working knowledge of the internal products
• Participate in developing testing plans and training materials
• Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and guide users to solutions
• Facilitate problem-solving between end user and development staff
• Participate with development staff in testing new releases of internal products

• Developing and executing tests on actual mobile and desktop devices.
• Troubleshoot issues to the root cause and provided detailed bug reports
• Work closely with the technical team to report all finding and patterns
• Execute API testing using Postman tool.
• Prepare, plan, execute test cases
• Collaborate closely with other members of the product team, and report issues through a formal bug tracking system and work with the engineering team to help isolate, debug, and resolve issues/bugs.
