• Enhanced partners' technical information management skills through targeted capacity building and overseeing the creation of information management products that fed into coordination and better decision-making.
• Ensure and promote accountability through data analysis and information protection standardization and support the standardization, collection, and dissemination of post-distribution monitoring reports on CVA interventions.
• Support the development and dissemination of country-wide collaborative markets and prices analysis and report on risks regarding purchase power, inflation, and devaluation, with their impacts on CVA.
• Collect, review, and make available information on financial infrastructure and available delivery mechanisms and advise implementing agencies on opportunities and constraints.
• Support the planning and decision-making by providing the needed data and information.
• Support the HNO process by providing the information requested from the Cash Working Group.

This position broadened my skillset and way of thinking. As the person responsible for all office data analysis, data security, and Information Management tasks, I was challenged to develop new skills. • Collaborated with Accountability and Volunteer teams to support project activities and ensure smooth data workflows, regularly updated stakeholders on project progress and achievements.
• Maintained accurate records and documentation of all project activities and ensured compliance with project requirements, including financial and reporting requirements.
• Created a hotline system and trained volunteers to manage incoming calls, reducing monthly call volumes from 1, 000 to 30. Oversaw and managed escalated cases involving funds disbursement and payment coordination.
