• Preparation and maintaining accurate records of Quotations, PRs, POs, letter of credit, Bill of lading and delivery notes.
• Work with the project procurement team in preparation of Material submittals for client approval.
• Management of program and project transport requirements, assign duty to drivers ensuring timely services, Issuing fuel, recording log books and maintenance and repair of vehicles.
• Frequently follow up with suppliers and customer for settlement of their outstanding Invoices.
• Diversified coordinating activities between site, head office, customer and logistic team.
• Responsible for monitoring deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify and substantiate particular requirement for work growth manpower, material procurement.
• Answered queries concerning issues related to shipment, export and import concern and logistic planning that were asked by client, suppliers and management.
• Reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
• Preparing and follow up of material, equipment and vehicles entry and exit temporary and permanent airport passes.
• Maintenance of accurate store records through sound audit and stock taking procedure.
