 Monitoring of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing journal entries and finalisation of trial balances.
 Consolidation of financial statements including domestic and foreign subsidiaries/ operations.
 Preparation of financial Informations and Consolidated financial Informations in accordance with the International General Accepted Accounting Policies (IGAAP) and International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
 Preparation/ review of reports to be send to various regulatory authorities (CBK and CMA).
 Coordination with internal and external auditors

 Proficiently conducting the statutory (external) audit of various corporate entities in accordance with International Auditing Standards.
 Quarterly review of interim condensed consolidated financial information of various companies including the Subsidiaries of the Companies in accordance with International Standards.
 Consolidation of financial statements including domestic and foreign subsidiaries/ operations.
 Conducting various special audit assignments and Agreed Up-on Procedures (AUPs).
 Preparation of the audit reports in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards, IAS & various statutory obligations applicable to the Investment & other companies.
