Created NOC Department and started with 2 engineers for 16hrs and then recruited, trained and implemented procedures.
Managing the Team of NOC Engineers for 24/7 * 365 shift, for opening Trouble Ticket of customer complain through telephone, email or through staff resources for any type of problem related to Voice and data services and following up until satisfied solution within SLA.
Managing the shift duty on monthly basis with rotation of the shift with availability of engineers in any emergency absent of any shift engineer.
Designing, implementing different type of daily, weekly and monthly reports and monitoring for delivery on time regularly.
Screening the Traffic, ASR, QoS of clients.
Level2 troubleshooting for the trouble tickets for voice issues of customers and carriers.
Communicating with carrier for any voice issue related to termination and origination for faster resolution.
New interconnections with carrier for termination and origination.
Create/troubleshoot services like VoIP Interconnects, Calling Cards, Account based services, Least Cost Routing, Number Translation.
Managing the network equipped with Digitalk, Cisco Router devices for the telephony service like Calling Cards service, CPS, wholesale-Termination.
Providing customised solution of IP-PBX to the customer as per there requirements.
Managing the network equipped with Quintum, Sysmaster, Encore, Bayly, Cisco Router and ASA devices for the telephony service like Calling Cards service, CPS, wholesale-Termination.
Screening the traffic, ASR, QoS of clients; we have interconnection with Tier1 carriers.
Pre-sales and Post-sales support for Samsung OS100, OS7200 and OS7400, with the Analogue, Digital, IP-Phones and Wireless IP-Phones combinations.
Managing Group companies Leased-Line and Mitel 3300 ICP.
Planning, Designing, Configuring, Managing and Troubleshooting of Cisco AS5300 and AS5400 Gateway.
Installed and Managed the VoIPSwitch(VPS) softswitch for Prepaid/Postpaid calling cards, PC2Phone, SMS/Web Callback, IP2IP, etc service.
Prepaid Calling Card Switch, configuration and management. PIN Generation & activation, Rates Table implementation, Registering & Activation of Customer.
Managing Routing and LCR for Carriers and Calling Card Customers.
All VOIP carriers are being carried using H.323 and SIP Protocol.
Here my responsibilities is to look into the traffic of our clients, we carry the traffic of VSNL (major), Bharti, Reliance, Data Access.
Configuring Dial-peer, Dial-plan and the entire network related to the VoIP of WTN network is considered.
Interconnection of carrier from the point of designing, implementation, testing and troubleshooting with carrier is done.
Opening Trouble Ticket, follow-up and closing with satisfactory report.
Here we have Cisco AS5300 and AS5400 Gateway, Cisco Switches, etc.
