Managing the Team of NOC Engineers for 24/7 * 365 shift, for opening Trouble Ticket of customer complain through telephone, email or through staff resources for any type of problem related to Voice and data services and following up until satisfied solution within SLA.
Managing the shift duty on monthly basis with rotation of the shift with availability of engineers in any emergency absent of any shift engineer.
Designing, implementing different type of daily, weekly and monthly reports and monitoring for delivery on time regularly.
Screening the Traffic, ASR, QoS of clients.
Level2 troubleshooting for the trouble tickets for voice issues of customers and carriers.
Communicating with carrier for any voice issue related to termination and origination for faster resolution.
New interconnections with carrier for termination and origination.
Create/troubleshoot services like VoIP Interconnects, Calling Cards, Account based services, Least Cost Routing, Number Translation.
Managing the network equipped with Digitalk, Cisco Router devices for the telephony service like Calling Cards service, CPS, wholesale-Termination.
Providing customised solution of IP-PBX to the customer as per there requirements.
Managing the network equipped with Quintum, Sysmaster, Encore, Bayly, Cisco Router and ASA devices for the telephony service like Calling Cards service, CPS, wholesale-Termination.
