• Collecting and analyzing data, then using it to plan and manage both projects and systems.
• Maintains and promotes positive and professional working relationships with Client, contractors, associates and management.
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Provide the necessary information to assist maintenance manager in decision-making and planning.
• Assistant maintenance manager in controlling the operational activities.
• Supervision and follow-up and coordination with representatives of procurement
• Supervise the activities of inbound and outgoing warehouse.
• Preparation of monthly bills for the company's maintenance contract applying the terms and condition specified in the contract.
• Supervision of Manpower, daily attendance check of all staff & prepare monthly report of manpower strength.
• Correspondence to all the letters related to maintenance job.
• Reviewing of bills submitted by the companies & preparing monthly spare parts bill.
• Preparation of tender documents for jobs related small and big renovation projects of various facilities in the University Campus.
• Preparation of monthly salary sheets for all the manpower.
• Planning and budgeting of accounts related to the maintenance project.
