Basic and Detailed Engineering and Commissioning of Electrical & Instrumentation Systems of Turnkey Projects.
Job Involves Following Activities
Preparing estimates for Electrical & Instrumentation systems of turnkey projects.
Selecting type of instruments as per process requirements, Preparing instrument index sheets, Instrument specification sheets for field & Panel mounting instruments, Specifications for PLC systems, Cable schedules, Control logic write-ups.
Designing of General arrangement & wiring diagrams of Instrument Panel, Control Panel, RCP, Burner panel for Spray drying plants.
Preparing drawings of cable tray routings, Loop diagrams, Installation sketches, Mimic drawings of process plants, Pneumatic drawings.
Preparing Single Line Diagram of MCCs, Floating inquiries, Scrutinizing of GA, Wiring diagrams, BOM of MCCs.
Inspection of Control panels, MCCs at vendor’s works. Inspection of field & Panel mounting instruments.
Procurement of various Bought out Items such as Control Valves, Transmitters etc.
Commissioning of Electrical & Instrumentation systems at sites.

Job Profile
Good Experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, Integration and Commissioning for Yokogawa DCS Projects.
Application of Project Management Concepts for Project Scope, Cost, Schedule, Human Resources, Quality, Procurement, Risk and Project Change Management.
Driving and planning the execution of assigned projects within the allocated Time frame, Budget and Scope of work.
Planning and Conducting Kick of Meetings, design review meetings with Customers, Suppliers Contractors to ensure smooth execution of the Project, provide weekly and Monthly project reports.
Develops overall Project Execution Plan, Project schedule, Budget for resource requirements and Monitor & Controls the project as per the Project Execution Plan.
Project Management: Primary focal point with the Purchaser for commercial issues.
•Ensures full compliance with all applicable HS&E requirements.
•Tracks, coordinates, and ensures successful completion of the project.
•Accountable for overall cost and schedule of the project.
•Accountable for reviewing, approving, and implementing project terms and conditions.
Responsible for customer relations and communication related to the project.
Review the Projects Contract and ensure the proper works execution and responsibility of each party.
Attending project review meetings with the operation manager and provide project and revenue progress report and updates in addition reporting of Cost Over-Run, Quality, Risk and Opportunities.
Ensuring healthy financial key performance indicators for projects under own responsibility such as Cash, Revenue, and maximization of Project Margin Improvement, in addition to full control of Project Cost.
Procurement - Control procurement of all project related materials / buy outs to maintain quality, Budgets and Schedule. Manage buyout supplier along with procurement to decide the methodology to maximize the saving and manage positive cash flow of the project.
Team building - create an inclusive and supportive environment for all personnel within the project team and actively support team members in achieving any personal development objectives that may have been set for the project. Manage Remote Teams as extension of local teams.
Proposals/ sales support - actively contribute to assigned bid activities to ensure that the customer’s requirements are fully understood and that innovative and cost effective solutions are proposed, provide accurate estimation of project man hours, risk provisions consideration and site equipment's.
Suppliers - take overall responsibility for the management of the other parties - product vendors, sub-contractors, other Yokogawa teams and third parties undertaking work on behalf of a customer - that are providing products and services associated with the portfolio of projects.
Ensuring all changes, Variations and any other work matters affecting the Costs /Schedule /Scope are immediately brought to the attention of Customers and perform Change Management.
Commercial closure of projects with customer satisfaction report and settle all the variations and payments invoicing with customers.
Performing periodic audit of the projects for BU specific needs / standards.
Conducting various Project Milestones such as PDR, CDR, FAT and Integrated FAT with EPC & End User.
System sizing, Architecture and hardware selection based on customer’s RFQ, Specification, IO Summary and Segregation Philosophy.
Preparation and Submission of Basic and Detailed Engineering Documents such as System Configuration, Typical Panel GA Drawing, Power Consumption & Heat Dissipation, Grounding Scheme and Estimation of DCS Hardware as per customer preliminary IO count.
