• Engineering design review and design approval for Field Design Changes. Providing of operating and maintenance instructions for delicate maintenance tasks.
• Construction management with quality and safety supervision and interfacing between client and EPC contractor.
• Construction schedule management to ensure construction is performed timeously according to master schedule.
• Monitors the construction work and work site to ensure compliance with applicable plans, specifications, standards, codes, regulations and requirements.
• Monitors the construction work and construction site for compliance with safety standards.
Provide technical, full-time, on-site inspection of the progress and quality of the construction work performed.
• Reviews and provides input into field related submittals as required.
