• Till date 42Million Safe Man-hours achieved in DTA-PCG-AGR Unit.
• Successfully completed Mechanical Clearance, Box up work of 2.5lakh IM of Amine Gas Recovery Unit.
• Responsible for piping fabrication & erection works of rotary and static equipments.
• Identifies material specification, inspection requirements and organizes for stage inspection as required.
• Organize daily planning meeting for execution.
• Monitoring materials delivery and ensuring all checks of the equipment as per vendor specification.
• Oversee the preparation of daily progress reports.
• Prepare work schedule of all related activates to ensure smooth operation of the task/project.
• Assign manpower and equipment in accordance with priorities. Forecasting manpower / equipments & coordinating with Head Office for such requirement.
• Coordination with client for the requirement of material and resources on timely basis for achieving the monthly targets.
• Maintaining Deviation Log Register and assistance in obtaining Site Engineering Request (SER’s) for smooth execution of the project.
• Oversee the preparation of safe erection plan.
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with company or client HSE rules: Men working are wearing protective clothing and using required safety equipments.
• Adheres to company policies, Procedures, government laws, rules and regulations and working requirements.
• Pipe routing based on P&ID given.
• Modelling of Equipment’s as per Equipment vendor drawing by using SP3D.
• Extraction of Piping Isometrics, Piping GAD`s & Support GAD`s from SP3D.
• Resolving Interface with other Disciplines.
• Clash-Resolution with Inter-Departments.
• Keep a track on quality, safety and work status as a client and report the same. Ensure the uniformity and consistency in the application or procedure in conformance of project specification requirements.
• Preparation of punch points based on the modification to be done for effective erection, operation and maintenance.
• Preparing the punch list items as per P&ID and Isometric such as, Pipe supports, Valves, Guides, Shoe supports and NDT completion and approving/releasing packages for hydro test.
• Coordination with internal Project team, Suppliers and vendors. Sorting out and solving the technical issues.
• Witnessing calibration of PSVs, Pump coupling, Mechanical clearance, Hydro test, erection etc.
• Checking daily progress report fit up report, welding report etc submitted by the contractor on daily basis.
