Part of the project team, and responsible for commissioning of 20 MW 2G Ethanol Bio-
Refinery with a CAPEX of Rs.1400 Cr.
Job Role:
1. Heading construction of Sub-Stations, PCC, and MCC panel rooms and installation
works like transformers, panels, and all HT/LT electrical equipment.
2. Drawings update, reviewing the Electrical power system of an ongoing project.
3. Very Good hand on electrical power panel wirings, Schematic drawing
understanding.
4. Power systems analyses including short circuit and load flow analysis, protective
system coordination, dynamic stability simulations, and arc flash analyses using ETAP.
5. Know every aspect of installation, execution, testing, and maintenance of heavy and
small electrical equipment used in Power Plant and refineries.
6. PR/PO creation of materials, and contractors' billing by using JDE.
7. Coordination of Project execution with Central Engineering Services, and
contractors.
8. Preparing Tender documents, floating, technical evaluation contractor's bid, and
finalization of a qualified contractor.
9. Working for delivering a culture of Goal Zero i.e. No Harm, No Leak.
