HR Services
• Manage the on boarding, employee relations, documents control, end of service and the payroll
through third parties.
• Maintenance of employee records, data base, sick leave, annual leave, leave’s encashment,
education claims, insurance renewals and claims.
Contracts & Vendor Management
• Manage the PSL of outsourcing agencies and outsourcing contracts.
• Review outsourcing quarterly performance and service delivery as per the agreed SLA’s.
• Source and shortlist new agencies and negotiate contractual terms.
Recruitment
• Effectively manage the full cycle of recruitment process of outsourced staff.
• Work with business unit heads and line managers on defining roles, experience and
competencies required .
• Conduct technical, competency and structured based interviews and present shortlisted
Candidates.
• Arrange and manage local and overseas recruitment campaigns to India, Middle East).
• Negotiate candidates’ offers and support in candidates’ relocation and on-boarding process
• Complete monthly and year-end reports of terminations, transfers, promotions and new hiring

• Responsible for closing positions given by clients.

• Handling meeting with key clients

• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.

• Collaborate with externship coordinator and program directors to administer all changes.
• Conduct orientation programs for all new students and ensure optimal utilization of all resources and ensure compliance to all agency regulations.
• Prepare all data and perform surveys for various team members through accreditation boards.
• Administer and provide assistance to all annual enrollment processes and prepare placement reports and facilitate in community participation.
