•Led schematic development with finite element modelling, analysis and design of the 65m residential tower project with 1B+G+2P+14 storeys. Effectively coordinated with UAE office to incorporate architect’s concerns & advise best solutions.
•Supervised structural BIM development on Revit’15. Appreciated for design efficiency and quality of structural drawings.

•Iconic high rise project with world’s longest cantilever supported between 2 towers. Designed all RCC ramps and staircases in the 10 storey basement + podium areas.
•Carried out scheme design for tender issue of landscape supporting steel roof with trusses and beams for 41 meters secondary span and 20 meters main span.
Bvlgari Mansions, Dubai: Architect: ACPV (Italy), Owner: Meeras Bvlgari
•Delivered the luxury residential project through Concept, Schematic and Detail Design Stages using Etabs, Safe, AutoCad and Revit with ACI standards.
•Designed under guidance of 1 principal engineer while supervising 3 drafting technicians to deliver three to six bedroom mansions with 1B+G+1 structure. Appreciated for sincerity & quality of work
Critiqued structural drawings from external consultants. Produced in-house designs for G+4 group-housing, G+2 row-housing and elevated water tank with cost estimates.
•Researched & implemented on-site state-of-the-art sustainable, cost-effective technologies like Hollow Concrete Blocks, Precast and Monolithic construction for township infrastructure.
