Effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.
Calculate the cost of each menu items, for each outlet separately and suggest
selling price
Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste
Update and maintain receipts in the systems
Check and verify all settlements done on the POS system.
Check and verify all Packages of meals.
Check and verify all the staff meals and staff discounts.
Check and verify all complimentary sales in POS systems.
Check and verify any happy hours of discounts.
Responsible to maintain the Menu Pricing, Consumption and POS systems.
Maintain the security of the information held by the department.
Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without
requisition or approval from the respective department head.
Conduct and Participate in stock taking at the restaurants.
Prepare the daily and monthly cost reports in relation to the cost of sales.
Prepare Duty Drinks and report and confirm that this is as per entitlement by the
management.
Responsible for surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
Responsible for monthly F&B Report and distribute to management.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Prepare & maintain payroll
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and
procedures.
Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering
questions
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account
information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Plan, assign and review staff’s work.
