Study of Integrity Operating Window (IOW) as in PSM, Auditing, monthly performance report preparation and Risk Analysis of critical task and activities of the unit.
Chemical Injection: Type, Rate of injection, Corrosion monitoring, Optimization of the injection rate.
Process scheme sketch preparation in AutoCAD. Knowledge on Plant power distribution & UPS system.
Line sizing calculations and Equipment sizing calculations using GPSA & API 14E. Three phase and two phase separator design according to API 12J.
Documentation, Identification, GAP analysis and Action taken due changing Crude unit as a Model Plant.
Excellent working knowledge of computer programs like MS word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Ensured management team for transferring High Performance Safety (HPS) message to the contractors.
Responsible in Crude Distillation Unit, LPG & NSU Unit, and
