Previously worked in a project for Maximizing Utilization of Regenerated Water from AlHayer and Heet STPs.
Client: Saudi Irrigation Organization (SIO).
My responsibilities:
- Develop and review project scope of work, design and project documents.
- Monitor and track project progress schedule.
- Conduct progress meeting with client, stakeholders and contractors.
- Monitoring and supervising subcontractors.
Ministry of National Guard housing project; it has 6, 000 villas (Precast) and valued at 5 billion SAR.
My responsibilities are:
- Developing and implementing quality standards & quality control systems.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements. - Reviewing codes, specifications and processes.
- Developing corrective actions and solutions.
Responsible for supervising and following up on all engineering affairs at the Palms and Dates Center.
Responsible for delivery, quality control and assurance of concrete. Also, following up with ready mix clients for pouring operations.
