• Independently conceptualized, financed, & created Sheikh & Shake in 2012. Sheikh & Shake is a Dubai-based concept that serves high quality Burgers, Pizzas, Hot Dogs, Milkshakes, Appetizers, & more.
• As the Founder & Owner, I created the business plan, negotiated retail locations, financed & supervised the restaurant build-out, obtained all necessary governmental approvals, hired all the staff, created the menu, and opened the restaurant in 8 months.
• Managing all aspects of the Sheikh & Shake business operations - finances, legal/govt, product quality, marketing, & suppliers. I maintain excellent contacts with the largest foodservice companies in the region. As such I have intimate knowledge of market trends, fast-moving items, & areas of high growth.
