• Receiving material requisition from site.
• Checking that the requisition is complete
• Maintain and update report of all LPO’s and contracts with all essential data
• Verify each LPO payment term and obtain necessary document from vendors
• Chasing suppliers for written confirmation of delivery as per site requirement
• Receiving and ensuring smooth flow of documents between vendor / site and internal departments in head office.
• Preparing weekly report for pending Material Requisition and LPO’s
• Prepare weekly report for delivery status and Highlight any delivery problems

• Committed to Al Futtaim HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.
• Check warehouses and ensure that the materials and other stocks are stored in a proper condition.
• Prepare and maintain files and digital records of procurement, expenses and consumption
